What People Are Saying

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Customer Reviews

My first Pilates class ever, and it was better than I imagined it would be! Bethany gave excellent instruction for the positions and breathing. I enjoyed everything from her individualized guidance, to the music. The studio is beautiful, well equipped, and clean. It also wasn't difficult to find parking.

There are no words to express how much love I have for Raleigh Pilates. It is truly a community that welcomes you with open arms. The teachers and the space are hands down the best!

I love this studio! I was looking for a studio that uses traditional reformers instead of the mega reformers.

Their smaller class sizes make it easier for the teachers to focus on every person in class and make sure they’re doing the movements correctly.

The studio space is so cute! Highly recommend if you’re looking for traditional reformer pilates!

If you are looking for classic reformer or tower Pilates, this is the spot. Rae, Tiff, Michelle and the rest of the crew have years of experience. Tiff saved my life during pregnancy and postpartum.

I love the uncomplicated, simple but very effective class Rae offers. Instructions and calm and clear and easy to follow and she is ready to help. Rae learns her clients and tailors the class to each. Love coming here for an amazing workout!!

STILL have QUESTIONS?

Frequently asked questions

I've never done Pilates, how should I get started?

Pilates is great for beginners! We encourage you to start with any of the beginners classes (6 people max). You will be introduced to the reformer, the history of Pilates, basic movements and more.

If you are still feeling nervous about attending a group class you are more than welcome to request a private session or two first in order to get a more personalized introduction to the method where your instructor can discuss any injuries, modifications or concerns you might have!

Note: we do not require private sessions before group classes!

Do you require private sessions before group classes?

No we do not! Our beginner classes are appropriate for anyone just starting out their Pilates journey!

This is the exception: If you have major physical or structural impairments, we ask that you start with Private Sessions and work up to group classes!

What should I wear?

For women: Athletic wear! Leggings, shorts, sports bras, tanks etc…

For men: Athletic shorts with a liner, leggings, athletic pants, athletic tops

What's the parking situation?

There is free 2 hour parking directly in front of the Hayes Barton Shops and free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood!

We recommend arriving early to find a spot and not feel rushed to get to class!
